A. BUILDING SURVEYORS (Permanent)

Responsibilities:
- Assisting Professional Building Surveyors in surveying works.

Job Requirements:
- Degree in Building Surveying.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant discipline.
- Good in English writing.
- Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Words.
- Willing to take up challenging tasks and travel outstations periodically.
- High responsible, committed and able to work independently.
- Willing to work long hours.
- Able to work under demanding deadlines and pressure.
- Posses own transport.


B. ASSISTANT BUILDING SURVEYORS (Part Time)

Responsibilities:
- Assisting Building Surveyors in surveying works.

Job Requirements:
- Degree in Building Surveying or Degree/ Diploma in Building.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the relevant discipline.
- Good in English writing.
- Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Words.
- Willing to take up challenging tasks.
- Able to work independently.
- Willing to work long hours.
- Able to work under demanding deadlines and pressure.
- Posses own transport.


C. ADMIN ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:
- To provide administrative and general office support services.
- To prepare simple account.
- Prepare confidential and official correspondences, memorandum, agenda and minutes of meeting.
- Control and maintain an efficient filing system for smooth data retrieving.
- Arrange appointments, schedules and travel arrangements.
- Attend to incoming and outgoing calls and inquiries.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year relevant working experience.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Words & Excel).
- Good command in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Posses positive work attitude, pleasant personality and able to work independently.
